"I do not know whether I should give one star or two stars. We heard that State farm is not good about paying for damages lately, so we are looking for a new insurance company. I'm surprised to see such high ratings on this agency! We have been with State Farm for ages! We switched to Chris Ahles when he bought from Tom Johnson. We have never talked or met Chris. We were only able to talk to two different women, both may not be agents and were not too helpful. Either they do not know enough or we don't need any changes to our coverages. One promised to send me some info on email, but never did. We were able to talk to a real agent Tom Johnson before."
